Rheinlanddamm

This is a state-of-the-art, 6-storey building in Dortmund. Located next to the B1 trunk road, it has excellent access, as well as a view over the Signal Iduna Park.  It has 12,200 square metres of lettable floor space that can also be split into smaller sections and let separately. It also includes an underground car park with 235 spaces. The main tenants are a renowned law firm, a bank, an ophthalmic clinic and a software development company. All this is testament to the fact that the building satisfies a variety of exacting requirements.
 

The use of light colours, a high concentration of natural light through windows fitted with effective sun protection and unspoilt views of the surrounding area are what make the design of this appealing office building stand out. Busch-Jaeger KNX products and the s o l o® range of switches were used in this building.
