Hohe Tauern National Park Centre
The National Park Worlds in Mittersill encompass the unique Alpine experience offered by Austria’s highest peak (Grossglockner, 3,798 m), a further 266 three-thousand-metre peaks as well as over 342 glaciers and one of the world’s mightiest waterfalls. Eight stop-off points throughout the National Park lead walkers from one area of natural beauty to the next, allowing them to understand and appreciate the area’s extraordinary diversity.
