Hotel with new modern building located at America Avenue in Madrid North. Luxury hotel between 500 and 2000 euros room/day. Every floor has been designed by a different architect. Complete KNX-EIB functionality in each room. The challenge was to fulfill the complete functionality of each room with different designs of different architectes and with many kind of controls.
