Lighting systems and also heating, air-conditioning and ventilating systems can be controlled intelligently, according to need using the PIR presence detector. Its detection quality is superior to that of any other conventional motion detector.

The Busch-Watchdog Presence tech reacts even at the slightest movement. This means that the connected consumers are always available when they are needed, without the individual utilisation settings or working sequences being affected.

When commissioning the Busch-Watchdog Presence tech, the brightness values and the required follow-up time are adapted to the situation using the adjustment possibilities (potentiometer). A subsequent adaptation or regulation of these values is possible without any problem. The current value is overwritten using an IR remote control transmitter and newly stored.

Using conventional switches or an IR remote control, the automatic functions can be interrupted and connected consumers switched on and off directly. The radius of action of 8 m below the mounted device can be extended at low cost at any time (with Master-Slave stations).

A memory touch-type dimmer that adapts the constant light control to the current brightness situation using a dimmer function, and the extension to HVAC systems, are intelligent auxiliary functions.
