Strictly speaking, each time you leave your house you not only ought to look in all the rooms – you should even check every window, or at least the handle position, just to be on the safe side. Every time you leave: each morning before work, before every shopping trip, every visit to the cinema and especially before every holiday. And even if you have checked, there still often remains a feeling of unease: were all the windows really closed? Did I check in every room? An open window or a patio door left ajar can result in an unpleasant surprise. If wind and rain penetrate considerable damage may result. Moreover, open windows and patio doors are an invitation to burglars. The new signal system from Busch-Jaeger eliminates this stress and worry in a simple way. An information element, which matches the Busch-Jaeger range of switches, signals whether a window is open in any room. The system can be retrofitted quite simply without the need for additional wiring, as it works by radio control without wires. And it is reliable and well thought out, as is usual for Busch-Jaeger products. The sensors Busch-WaveLINE LED display WaveLINE solo®, Colour: davos do not determine whether the window is in contact with the frame – they check whether the handle is in the right position, and the window is thus locked.
