The new generation of motion detectors - The Busch Watchdog Professional Security in detail

The new motion detectors show everyone the way. They "see" everything and react quickly and reliably. They set standards for safety and comfort - but not only in the outside area. They ensure that the connected lighting welcomes, protects or warns you, whenever required.

The central control for this motion detector is a central processing, optoelectronic system with fivefold sensor and mirror reflecting optics. In combination with a large profi-lens they monitor ranges of 90°, 220° and 280° on four levels. This concept ensures unique detection quality. The monitoring covers up to 16 m at the front and lateral. Three different levels of sensitivity can be adjusted simply and enable flexible application, also in the interior.

A Comfort and Holiday mode facility simulates your presence by credibly switching the light on and off (except for Busch Watchdog Professional 90). Further more, a separate Push Switch (push-to-close) enables switching over to permanent lighting for a period of four hours. A large connection space facilitates ceiling or wall installation.

All the Busch Watchdog products can be adjusted easily and exactly by tilting the arms appropriately, without influencing the detection quality. They are therefore all superior to any of the rigid constructions. Further plus points are their protection against crawling underneath and rear monitoring. Even during unfavourable weather conditions they react reliably and unswervingly to thermal movement.

Predominant in the Busch Watchdog family is the Busch Watchdog Alarmtech 220, that monitors and handles separate zones. In addition, this motion detector is fitted with an optical signal. A red warning light on the device signalises that someone has entered the safety zone. Via an additional output, this signal can also be registered in the home, for example, using the EIB building management system. Or quite simply, switch on the hall or staircase light before you enter. A principle for which a patent application has been filed.

Particularly practical: Important functions can be adjusted using a IR Remote Control transmitter - e.g. for permanent lighting, safety, holiday and automatic modes.

The new Busch Watchdog generation not only makes life much easier, but also more comfortable and safer.
